Data controller

Data collected and purposes
Table, group or information requests: name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests and message. Purpose: to handle and confirm your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Room bookings: made on the secure Reservit booking engine. The data you enter (identity, contact details, dates, payment) are processed to carry out your booking (Article 6(1)(b)) and are also subject to Reservit’s privacy policy.
Price shown in the booking module: when you choose your dates, your browser asks Reservit for the best price (dates and number of guests only, no cookie or identity data; Reservit receives the technical IP address of the request).
WhatsApp conversations: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number, profile name and messages, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Messages are carried by the WhatsApp service (WhatsApp Ireland Limited), subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
Audience and advertising measurement (not active at present): if you consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure site traffic and bookings generated by our ads. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Form security: to block bots, we compute an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, kept for no more than 48 hours, and never store the IP address itself. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients
Your data are intended for the establishment’s team. They are never sold or rented.
Processors: our host (IONOS SARL, in the European Union), the Reservit booking engine and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods
- Form and WhatsApp requests: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
- Bookings and invoices: statutory accounting retention period (10 years).
- Cookie choices: 6 months.
- Google Analytics statistics, if enabled: 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to give instructions on what happens to them after your death. To exercise these rights, write to reservation@terrassefleurie.com or to the establishment’s postal address.
You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict security headers. Forms are protected against bots without any third-party service or cookie.
