French cooking, local produce
Our cooking follows the seasons and the produce of the region. Bleu de Gex, the local blue cheese, goes into our risotto and our sauce for meat; honey from Gex glazes the duck breast and the warm goat’s cheese salad; and the cheese plate brings together Bleu de Gex, Morbier and Comté.
The French classics are here too: Burgundy snails, beef tartare prepared to order, grilled rib-eye, perch fillets just like on the shores of Lake Geneva, tarte Tatin and crème brûlée. Everything is home-made apart from the ice cream.
